My name is Mikaela and I'm 20 years old. I'm from Boston - go Sox! and I am very down to earth. I am very outgoing and feel that anyone can relate to me in some shape or form. I don't judge people - I love giving advice, or atleast my opinion. ok well i think i'm fat so i try to eat healty and exercise, but i never can keep up with it! how can i keep at it? and is it a bad thing that every time i get skinnier (like every year or so) i always want to get thinner and thinner. is that bad? usually w/e i am isnt enought. i want to loose more. HELP

Well I dont know how old you are, but im guessing that you are between 13-16 years old. At this time is wear the body is going through the most changes and abnormalities. I've had two eating disorders in my lifetime and its quite the struggle, so I totally get where you are coming from. No matter how thin anyone is, they will never feel thin enough. I am sure people see you as very thin but you don't see it yourself. Try not to let this diet of getting thinner rule your life. It's not worth it. Go out to eat with your friends, go out for icecream... I bet somehow this is tampering with your social life because everything revolves around food... everything. Be happy with yourself. Being thin isnt always attractive, average is most healthy and flattering. Just enjoy whatever foods you like in moderation, and stay active, then you will maintain a normal healthy-looking body image that you should feel satisfied with.. curves are so in!
