Well, 2day my friends decided to tell the guy that i like that i like him, and it totally screwed everything up, because i wanted to do it myself!
Also, he told them that he didnt like me at the momment, so, what the hell is at the momment suposed to mean?
I totally hate myself right now, and feel totally worthless!

You're not totally worthless, and it's just not right to totally hate yourself. Just beacuse he said that he doesn't like you "at the moment" which is he doesn't like you right now, doesn't mean that he's never going to like you. Maybe you should take a break from liking him and find another guy, or you can continur to like him until he might like you. So time is basically the best answer.
