When you`re friend is mad @ you, is it best to say sorry // talk to them online, in person 0r does it matter? also is it best to give them time to cool down so they`re not as mad or what .. i will rate for answers. anything`s useful. thanks! (link)

i don't think it matters- as long as the message gets across. online you have to be careful because you might say something that isnt supposed to sound mean, but since it is online can be taken the wrong way.
