I'm not sure what my condition is, or if I even have one, but it's like this:
Everytime I go to walk around my block, or if I'm in the house alone (and I babysit!), I freak out. I look around frantically, even running from room to room! Is this normal? I don't get it as a severity (sp), but it's not exactly too light either. What can I do to prevent this sort of thing happening to me? Thanks. (link)

It sounds like some sort of phobia or anxiety issue.
Try finding something that makes you feel safer. Carrying a breathmint spray might help, as they can work as a sort of pepper spray.
Also, consider getting a pet, especially a dog. Having it around the house may reassure you, and when you go for walks, it can protect you. if you feel scared, you can pet it until you calm down.
