There is this girl i like at school and im not sure if she lkes me back i've asked her out twice and on the second time i asked her she said "...errr well not right now sorry" what is that supposed to mean plz help.

Maybe she likes someone else right now, maybe you just have to wait it out until she gets over him and she might like you. If she doesn't, then it's time to move on if you've asked her out twice and never said yes.
