ok i am so freeking out how do you deal with someone who like really hates your advice because they think you said one thing but you really said somthing totaly different and now you feel really bad please help me i will rate high (link)

This happens all the time. I refer to perception. The same sentence of phrase can mean different things to different people.
There is nothing else you can do except to apologise and explain what you really meant to say.
In the future, make sure you give advice to people who trust you and whom you trust and truly want to help.
It helps and it is important to not drop hints or speaking in too general terms when giving advice.
Double check and make sure that your message is received the way you want it to be.
