ok does anyone know what those blue rings that sometimes have a smiley face in them that are on the right side of an advicnator question are? what do they do and why do only some of them have faces? i rate. thanks so much

They represent the rating on how good the question is. If someone asks a really good question without writing STFF LK DIS. The ones without faces are ones that have not been rated yet.
