Hey! My name is Emily and I am 14, I signed up because I came across the site and my friend suggested I sign up because I am like the adviser of our group and people come to me with thier problems. I like helping people and try to give the best advice I can where possible. I am best at relationships ect but will give any other challenges ago!! And my pic sucks but I tried putting one of me but it kept saying file size too big, I got annoyed and settled for my msn pic!

i need to no what to do? i have a girlfriend but she says she doesnt want anyone all in her business so no one really knows we are a couple. how should i handle this situation?

First of all this question is very brief!!

If you are younger and you are her first boyfriend she might be scared about how her parents and friends will react, she may be worried about how long you will last also if you are her first boyfriend (or if she has had not many boyfriends/troubled relationships in the past) she might not want to tell people incase you leave her for someone 'better' which would obviously be embarrassing. If this is the case take it as a compliment, she thinks you have higher standards because you are a better guy than she could dream for..

Now for handling the situation, if you are close you should try talking to her more about it. Try not to ask to many questions just listen to what she has to say. In the end you need to decide if not telling people pleases her then maybe its the best thing as it will get out eventually but for now you should respect her wishes. OR end it, this is what i recommend if she refuses to tell people after a considerable amount of time. She would obviously have some issues and if she is not willing to let you help her through them the best thing is to leave her, she may just need some space and be regreting the relationship. I know it sounds harsh but you dont deserve to be treated like that. You need to make the descision, but dont give up unless it seems there is no point in the relationship at all.
