what kinds of food help make you fell full longer. I'm tryin to loose weight????

Im trying to lose weight too, and what is working for me is water. it clears up your face, cleans our your system, keeps you feel, and healthy! IF your looking for a certain food, try a few peices of wheat toast. I heard bread expands and makes you fuller. Also eat really slow because it takes your brain 20 minutes to register that your stomach is full. If your trying to lose weight and get a craving, chew some sugar free gum! Hope this helps!
