hey i m 14 almost 15 around 5'2 and i weigg 129 pounds. how much weight shuld i loose?

You shouldn't exactly "loose weight" you should just get into more shape. Gaining muscle by excersizing, like running, pushups, or situps, will make you look like you weigh a lot less. But when you stand on a scale it will make you look like you weight more because muscle weighs more than fat.
