Well. Lets start with my name. My name is Whitney. I'm 13 years young. I'm pretty cool if I say so myself. Hello
I'm going to a my friend's little brother's birthday party. I have black hair that falls up to 2 inches from my chin, 4'9, 80 lbs, and lightly tanned skin. It is a bit cold here and I'm wondering what I could wear there? What colors would look good on me? I'm just thinking of being in jeans and a nice shirt. What should I do with my hair? I don't look that good with pigtails but my friends like it a lot for some reason, my hair isn't that long to put in one pony tail, and I don't look that good in a half pony tail. What should I do? alright. with your skin complection and hair color, the best colors to wear are like vintage olive green and brown. maybe you could wear faded slighty ripped jeans, a long sparkly olive green vintage tank with a khaki shrug over it. wear a stylish leather belt over your tank. scrunch your hair with light weight gel so its wavy. maybe a little of bronze shimmer eyeshadow. and to complete your look at some long strands of beads for a neclace. hope this works... give me some feedback or send me a pic of what you ended up doing!!!

Thanks! I'm going to use the colors you suggested. I'm going to be wearing an olive green shirt with the words "sweet" on it, and as you suggested, a faded ripped jeans with a black belt my mom gave me, and the necklace my friend got me. I don't have anything to scrunch my hair, so I'll either be straitning it or puting it in messy pigtalis/high ponytail if the rain will act up. I tried it and it looks pretty cute! :)
