Hello
I'm going to a my friend's little brother's birthday party. I have black hair that falls up to 2 inches from my chin, 4'9, 80 lbs, and lightly tanned skin. It is a bit cold here and I'm wondering what I could wear there? What colors would look good on me? I'm just thinking of being in jeans and a nice shirt. What should I do with my hair? I don't look that good with pigtails but my friends like it a lot for some reason, my hair isn't that long to put in one pony tail, and I don't look that good in a half pony tail. What should I do?

CLOTHES:
Wear a blue jean skirt with a sweater or polo shirt (collered)
Or you could wear black or blue straight jeans with a dark green or navy blue sweater
HAIR:
I would straighten it. It makes it look longer.
