My dogs tend to attack one of our dogs named angeline. We arent sure why or how to stop it. I think it might be because she has had seisures in the past and she is really sick. Maybe the can sense if somethings wrong with her? Im not sure
what can we do to stop it

Well it sounds like your dog is trying to be the alpha dog. If she wont stop then try to scare her when she does it, like drop something or ring the door bell. And yes dogs can sense if somethings wrong. But she wouldnt be attacking her. If your giving the other dog more attention then the other dog might get jealous. That could be why shes attacking her. In which case, dont spend so much time one dog.
