Ok.. Here's the thing.. I'm 15 female & I'm 5'8" also.. Im like 175 pounds.. so yeah.. I'm overweight & it really sucks. I was wondering if anybody out there knew of any good websites with diet plans or exercise guides or anything. I mean, my biggest problem is stress with grades & all & when I'm stressed out I tend to eat. So.. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on a healthy weight loss plan without the use of crash dieting. (link)
This is going to be very long...Ok well recently i've been trying to loose weight myself so i know how you feel about being stressed out and eating.

that website is a really good one to help you keep track and it it can tell you how much weight you have to loose a week to reach your goal and other stuff. My work-out plan right now is running 2ce a week for 30 minutes, and abs and legs every night. For eating, you should deffinitly have breakfast because it gets your metabolism going. Also eat lunch and dinner, but only snacks a day that are nutritional, so like an apple or some sort of fruit. Not eating after you have dinner is a good idea. When your with your friends you normally dont realize how much your eating so just be aware of that. Most always drink water instead of pop && if you do have pop then have diet. Well there is a lot more to say so maybe you could im me sometimee. florida x33cutie
