Okay so i really like this friend of mine...I mean I have fallen hard...but the problem is...I am completely unsure as to if he likes me...I mean he acts like he does...but then again he is kinda flirting well..not exactly flirting...but messing with other girls while i'm right there...I just act like i dont care and laugh with him...but anyways...back to the issue...i really like him..and i want to know if he likes me..but i dont want to ask him straight up...is there anything he might do that would let me know he's into me? or is there any way i can get him to confess he likes me without being to obvious? I dont want to ask him straight up because i dont want to hurt our friendship...any ideas?? Thanks sooooo much in advance to any answers! (link)

Well i had the same problem im 17/f now and when i was in secondary school i really liked my friend he was my best friend basically and i was always afraid to lose him as a friend if i told him i liked him but one day i could not hold it in. I used to spend so long on the phone to him and i asked him on the phone so who do you like tell me your top 3 people and he told me and i was like 3rd it made me so hurt i was like why not me... anyways so then he asked me mine and i never put him on there when really he was number one. Then later on i decided i would not tell him when we got to the last year of school i realised wait we are leaving soon im going to lose him forever anyway i sent him an email forward i got saying what do you think of me. He filled it out saying he liked me and he gave it to me in school then over msn i flirted and i told him i liked him. Then in class he touched my hand i never forget how happy i was. You could let him know in a suttle way like spend lots of time with him,talk to him on the phone for along time is a big give away.i know it sounds silly but try that email tell him fill it out. it says would you ever go on a date with me ect and thats how me and my bf started going out and would you believe it we are still together now in sixth form although we are at different colleges hes going uni this year and i know we will fall apart but all because of that email and i still have it.I never forget reading it and being so happy he gave it to me in school... so try it or you have to do it before you leave college or write on msn who do you like flirt alittle and get really close friends i hope i helped and inbox me if you need any further advice xxx gd luck x
