okay. so i am DIEING to go on spring break with one of my friends, my parents dont know her very well but im sure they will like her.. the thing is i got in trouble last weekend because i was at a party where drinking was going on but i wasnt drinking and they know that. so im grounded up until spring break.. so i dont know if theyd exactly let me go. also this girl invited me to go with her a little bit ago and she hasnt said anything latley and i dont wanna like invite myself again if she doesnt ask me about it. what should i do about everything? thanks (link)

Well, you need to mention this to your parents. But wait until they're in a good mood. Once they seem happy with you, maybe after you get a good grade or something, bring us the subject. If they're happy with you, they will be more likely to be okay with you going on vacation with your friend. I'm sure they trust that you weren't drinking, but they are probably upset you were in an environment like that. Now, as for your friend. Just casually mention it to her. Be like I am so excited for spring break, and see what she says. If she doesn't say anything, just ask if she's still going away and if she still wants you to go, she will most likely ask you again to ask your parents. I hope this helps!
