i'm up to meeting new people;;oh yahh, dont be shy about asking questions!!
â?¥when i stand up for myself and my beliefs, they call me a bitch. when i stand up for those i love, they call me a bitch. when i speak my mind, think my own thoughts, or do things my own way, they call me a bitch. Being a bitch means i won't compromise what's in my heart. It means that i live my life my way. it means i won`t allow anyone to step all over me. when i refuse to tolerate injustice and speak against it, i`m defined as a bitch. the same thing happens when it ake time for myself instead of being everyone`s maid, or when i act a little selfish. it means i have the courage and strength to allow myself to be who i truly am and won`t become anyone else's idea of what they think i "should" be. i`m outspoken, opinionated, and determined. i want what i want and there is nothing wrong with that. so try to stomp on me, try to douse my inner flame, try to quash every ounce of beauty i hold within me. youu won`t succeeed. and if that makes me a bitch; so be itâ?¥

Here are the basics: 18/f, about 138lbs. (Ew).
Okay, so my diet's not too bad - Everything I eat has to be nonfat if possible, and I don't even eat that much. I also exercise, and I know the exercising I'm doing is making a difference - my body looks a little better and feels a little stronger. My goal is to lose like 20 pounds.
I do 200 crunches every other night, 40 every other night
I lift and curl and do pushups and dips, and do some cardio when I can.
But I still have like, an inch of fat on me that I'm DYING to get rid of. I'm convinced at this point that with all the work I do, if I didn't have this fat on my stomach, I would have a nice set of abs. I'm not "fat" - my BMI is normal - but I'm not happy with the way I look and feel.
I know I have to do cardio - but how much? Are there any other tricks I can use? Eating less isn't an option, as I barely eat to begin with. Lol.
Does cutting carbs really work? I thought of that, but my mother is convinced it's bull, so I dunno what to think.
I only drink water and coffee (I can't cut coffee, I neeeeeeeed it.) and I've been sleeping more lately.
That's all I can think of to say, so help me out!

In reguards to the first persons answer, she said 2000 carbs a DAY! is she crazy?? your not supposed to have over i think 300. On the adkins diet, you only eat 20 a day!! i didn't even read her answer because it was bull shit! loser!
ok, you might possibly not be eating enough.
Eating little amounts of food only works for a while. MAKE SURE YOU EAT BREAKFAST! Try not to eat super unheathly stuff. Try whole wheat cereal with like banana's or strawberry's in it. Whole Grain toast with peanut butter

I actually don't live at home, which is why I don't have time for breakfast. I have to wake up, get dressed, and speedwalk 15 minutes to all my classes. Lol. Maybe I'll stock up on apples...
