i've been really stressed lately and i finally cracked. yesterday night i was working on homework late at night and i just started crying. over all the things that are wrong in my life and it seems like theres nothing left to be happy about and im just not happy with my life right now. i dont know what to do. I know how that feeling is. A few suggestions:
a) talk to your parents
b) talk to a trusted teacher/school "psychologist"
c) keep a journal so you can at least get your thoughts out
d) do some online reshearch and get information about natural vitamins that can help with stress (I know vitamin B works well for that, and it gives you natural energy)
e) talk to a friend whose advice you trust.
Those aren't in any order, but I'd suggest writing down everything, looking over it and deciding what's worth really stressing over. Then I'd suggest talking to your parents, if you're comfortable doing that.
