Hey, Im 13 and a female. I would like to start tanning because I am very white/pale. She says that 13 is too young to start tanning and that I should wait until I am 16. I really dont think that I would be willing to wait until I am 16. I mean come on that is 3 years! Is there anything that I can say or do to make her agree. you shud get self tanner. it works really good but you have to be careful not to use too much. u dont want to be orange.
