ok so for lent i'm promising myself to walk the dog atleast 1 a week, do 15 situps a day, eating healthy (tho i can never do it) and practice soccer and tennis whenever i can....what else can i do to get results....FAST?

Ok, well what I do is
50 sit ups
50 leg ups
30 push ups
than drink a bottle of water (it flushes out your system and makes you loose weight)
than I work with my arms with dumbbells
that are like 5o pounds
if you do this everyday, I sometimes see results within a week.
