ok so for lent i'm promising myself to walk the dog atleast 1 a week, do 15 situps a day, eating healthy (tho i can never do it) and practice soccer and tennis whenever i can....what else can i do to get results....FAST?

do wayyyy more situps. im not in the greatest shape but i at least do 60 - 100 daily. otherwise you're plan sounds great and should really work. if you stick to it and aren't getting the results you want, go to the gym once a week at least with a good friend or someone close and get a personal trainer to help you stick to your plans
