Hi, i am very active and eat right. I do lots of situps everynight, but my stomach just does not slim down. i do have abs, but my fat covers them. how dO i get rid of my faT?

hey, i obviuosly cant expalin every great ab thing on this(wayyy to long) but here are some very helpfull tips that you should follow:
-dont work on your abs every day, after a while the same thing repeatidly will become useless and unaffective. try doing only 3-4 times a week no more.
-dont only do situps, to get a flat stomach you need to work every part of your abs including your obliques which are pretty much your waist and hips. do knee to knee crunches and other forms of ab workouts
-alos to help lose the weight walk dont run around your block or w/e a few times on the days you dont do the other exercises.
