Q: Hi, i am very active and eat right. I do lots of situps everynight, but my stomach just does not slim down. i do have abs, but my fat covers them. how dO i get rid of my faT?
oh my goodness i am exactly the same way! ok well i've leared that if you tighten your muscels (kinda fex them when you exersize) you can really feel it and it gets harder(which is a good thing). Try other excersis. Sit up are designed for one part of your abs while other exercises are designed for other parts. There are your upper abs, lower abs, middle, and obliques (thesides/hip/love handles if u have em) my favorite are leg raises. Lay flat on your backhand to the side and with straight legs lift both together into the air then come back down slowly bBUT DO NOT TOUCH THE GROUND! then go back up. I do about 20-25 a night but i have been doing them every night for a long time so start of with about 10 and go up as you get more comfortable. Also posture is impartant! the straighter up you stand the slimmer and trimmer you look. So back straight shoulder out and walk like you mean it haha.
