okay well i am on a diet and ive only been drinking water and 2% milk but are there any other drinks out there that are okay for me to drink besides like diet pop (under 80 calories and 10g of sugar per 8 oz.)

and i dont like orange juice (i think that fits under my thing) (link)
first, ditch the 2%. thats the worst milk you could be drinking. try drinking 1% or skim. lots and lots of water helps you shed pounds. its a weight watchers secret. =P if you want something with flavor get low calorie flavored water. i know it stinks, but water is your best choice if you really want to lose weight

well my doc. said 2% was okay because i wont drink skim and its way better than whole milk and i dont really get to choose the kind of milk because i have to drink basically what the rest of my family wants. (since i started my diet ive only had milk in my cereal anyways) and flavored water is good! but there isnt much variety
