im a girl. im trying to lose 10 pounds. i was just wodering what some good foods that would help/allow me to do this are. is there anything that will make it go faster or help me out more? what foods should i stay away from and what food is good when trying to lose weight? thanks. (link)

Fruits and veggies!!! They work like a charm! My personal favorites are carrots (w/o ranch!), cantelope, apples, and bananas. You can really eat whatever you want, as long as you only eat the correct portion amount. Eat sandwhiches made of lean meat and with light bread. Also, Chunky soups are really good for the tastebuds and they're filled with vegetables! Good for you for taking initiative and good luck!
