how do you make everything one color in photoshop? thanks in advance :] (link)
guessing at what yoiur question means:
try desaturating the image (remove all colour)
then use "channel mixer" to give it a colour (any colour to start with)
then you can use "hue/saturation" to play with the actual colour/lightness etc
