If you don't like him and see nothing worth still being with him (compare your feelings now to your feelings about him before your date yesterday) dump him, don't be in a bad, confused mood for his sake. If you think he has potential still, tell him you want him to lay off a bit and that you're kinda icked out, but are still interested if he can cling less.
