Greetings,I'm here and will attempt to answer questions that relate to either your SPIRITUALITY or your HEALTH. I consider myself to be a very spiritual human being, not religious as I don't follow an organized religion's dogma.
My heart is my good book and I attempt to live life from that point of view. I have lived long enough to have gained some wisdom and feel I could have something worthwhile to share.
I've used herbs and natural supplements and followed a healthy lifestyle since the early 90's, in fact it was herbs and herbal supplements and some lifestyle changes that saved my life.
As there have been some pretty wonderful people that have helped me along my life's journey, it's simply my turn to give back and if I can help someone here, I'm glad to do that. Hope to hear from you with your questions and if I help just one other person during my experience here, it will have been worth it. Have a very Happy&Health new year everyone, you all deserve it!

Well, here is the absolute best answer I could offer you. I use to be a partner in a working herb store along the Oregon coast. I use to play lots and lots of tennis. I am currently almost 61 years old. And my fav snack is a very healthy snack. In fact I still use them. We sold them in the herb store, they are made locally in Oregon by a woman who started her business when she wanted her kids to have heathy snacks in their lunches. Now she has a very successful business doing that for other parents' kids and their lunches. I call my fav snack a 'green ball' because it it. It contains 1,000mg of spirulina, which is a blue green algea and is a complete food. Also in these balls there almond butter, chopped almonds that the ball is rolled in and four herbs poweders that come my the herb store. They help balance blood sugar levels and even my little diabetic 70yo friend keeps on in her purse, car and by her bed in case her blood sugar drops. When I use to play tennis, I always carried them in my athletic bag or racquet bag and often ate one before playing or between games. I don't know where you live, but I know Betty Lou ships all over the country and this is snack that would be good for your whole family! Here is there website: =category&show=nut+butter+balls&item=ITEM027-40
or if that doesn't' work I found it through a google search, searching for Betty Lou's and then going to the 'balls section' and looking for the spirulina balls..... good luck!
I don't know.... you can try your natural foods stores or any outlet that sells organic things.... perhaps they will have them or could order them for you.... for the company I told you about....I'm sorry I didn't mean to confuse you..... you could orden them from our local herb store here, they are 99cents each.... their number is: 800-308-0277.... they will have to charge you shipping and handling.... I'm really sorry I didn't mean for this to get complicated for you.... look in your phone book for natural foods groceries or health food stores and see if they can order from Betty Lou's in Oregon.... I hope this works out for you! They are really the best snack I know of. Also, you could find recipes in health food type books at your library I bet.... I've heard of nut butter ball recipes or go online and look for such a recipe!!! make you own and you'll know it's a healthy snack.... you can freeze some and keep some ready for snackin'.... make a big batch and then you won't have to make a batch very often.... good luck!
(Rating: 3) so i cant buy that anywhere else? im kind of confused
