Well i have these two friends they are really popular and i get a little jellus becasue all the boys LOVE them and every1 knows them how do i get noticed

Don't get jealous.. if they're your friends you're probably popular too! Don't let that get you down. I'm sure boys like or as you said LOVE you too.. maybe they just don't want to admit it or aren't as open about it as the boys are to them. I guess if you really wanted to become popular, try to act like you would if you KNEW you were popular - but that would defanitely be a last resort, just keep your true friends and who cares what other people think about you.
