My best friend and I were going to go to the same college next year since we both got in and it's a good school (UT). Well I was talking to his mom today and college came up and she said that she was sorry that we wouldn't be able to go to the same school. I asked her what she was talking about because the plan was that both of us would go to UT. Well, it turns out that he had changed his mind a few weeks and go and now wants to go to Tx State.


This really upset me becuase I don't know why he didn't tell me about it. I'm not mad that he doesn't want to go to UT. If he thinks Tx State would be a better school for him and he really wants to go there then fine. But why not atleast share that info with me?


I can't believe I had to find out from his mom in a random conversation I had with her. Why do you think he didn't tell me? Should I ask him about it or wait until her brings it up (IF he brings it up)?
