im looking to loos 10-15 pounds by mid-february. is that possible? if so, can i please have some good plans that include at least 2 options per meal? thank you (link)
ur going to do it based alone on a diet? ...im sorry if a am mistaken and you are planning to excerixe but if you are not then i highly recommend it. without excersixe it won't be possible.
have you heard of low-carb diets? like Atkins or South Beach? well if this is only until mid Feb. or a temporary kind of thing I recommend a low carb diet. With a low carb diet you have a variety selection of meals as long as you do not exceed 20 carbs a day.
