dont diet.. exercise..
im actually lookin to do the same..but im not fat or anything im tryin to lose 5 pounds..
do tae-bow.. it works AMAZINGGGGGG trustt me.. its an hour every-other day.. its so much fun.. haha yeah
get signed up for kick boxing.. its cheap and it works.. do it 4 times a week..
dont forget to eat healthy!.. eat breakfast.. no mcdonalds.. have cereal.. for lunch eat salad.. and eat a noraml dinner.. dnt eat after 7 bc at 7. your going to be exercising lol..
