Ok I am a 16/f I need to know how to lose a lot of weight. I weigh about 198 (I had a baby) and I am 5'6". What can I do to get down to about 130 lbs? Any advice? Things I can do in my living room or around my house? Please help! Like I also need it not to take like forever! HELP! (link)

definatly eat as healthy as possible, you cant go wrong by that. crunches help a bunch, they'll help tone your muscles and get rid of all the extra fat. exerise tapes are awesome, i would definatly recommend thoughs. you could even run up and down steps, really anything phsyical to get your body moving. good luck =)
