I'm a cool chico, and I try to help others to love themselves. It's a rough world out there, but grawr, I can handle it.
Since this comes up so often, let's make this very clear: You can not pick and choose where you want to lose fat. Exercising your abs will make your abs strong - but losing tummy fat is dependent on your body fat percentage and genetics.

I have a few questions, here. Thanks in advance!
I've tried eating fruits for a meal (Like apples), but minutes later, I'm hungry again! This doesn't make sense to me. Why does this happen?
Also, I don't like many veggies. Are there any vegetables that actually TASTE GOOD? I can't stand broccoli.
Last question! If you want to lose weight, is it REQUIRED to decrease the intake of carbs? I'm a very picky eater, and most of the food I eat has carbs. (link)

Carbs is just the latest buzz diet. Carbs is part of the equation, but the bigger equation is input and output. Eat a balanced diet and you'll be fine.
I could never take to vegetables. Yet, I love brussel sprouts. Try mixing veggies in with other dishes. Randomly putting corn or peas in with rice.
Apples don't have much to them. You can try tricking your body by drinking a lot of water, thus making yourself "feel" full. I'm sure there's another way, but that's the first thing that comes to mind.
