jewellery, flower chocolates send her a big boquet of her favorite flowers with a card maybe have someone deliver them for you or maybe even a romatic boat cruise or rent her favorite movie sit infront of the fireplace make hot chocolate have a couple of glasses of champane have a nice dinner something along those lines
