I have two 1 year (and maybe older) cats. One's a Boy and another is a Girl. They Fight everytime they see each other. So we have to separate them. Like one Will Be In one room with the door closed and another will be in another room! What Can I Do to Make Them Stop!?!? (link)

Here are some ways..
-Take two different towels.. rub one cat to one towel and one to the other. Once that is done, set the towel under the food bowl of the opposite cat. This way.. the cats have to smell each other.
-If you have 2 kennels, at night, put the cats inside the kennels and set the right in front of each other but about 3 inches away. This way, they are always seeing one another at all times, but they cant reach each other. If you do this at night, you might want to put them in a separate room from you, because most cats will whine.
-Vets usually will tell you that cats will become friends when you turn around. They do it on their own and when no one is looking. Vets suggest that you clip their claws til the white area is gone. Dont go all the way to the pink area though, it will make them bleed. This way, if they get into a fight, they wont scratch each other.
