Heyy, im homescooled but about 2 or 3 months ago my parents promised they would let me go to public school..its been 2 or 3 months and, you guessed it, im still homeschooled. I wouldnt care THAT much but ive told absolutely EVERYONE in my town that im going so they all think that im going in the third quarter (even though im homeschooled alot of people know me) I dont want them to think im a liar or anything so how the hell can I persuade my parents to let me go?! okay i was homeschooled for a year to and it sucked! You need to sit down and have a conversation with your mom about going to school. You need to tell her you need to get out and make friends and have a social life because that is important for a girl in her teens. Your mom might think that you will get better education being homeschooled but you wont get educated on other things about life. and i'm pretty sure homeschooled does not have a home ec class that teaches you how to cook and clean and stuff you need to know that to. But you do need to promise your mom and dad that you will get good grades. and make sure you stick with that promise. But all you need to do is have conversation adn dont' yell cause that just makes the situation worse. talk to your mom like a grown up and explain to her how you feel.
