What are some good ways to let me boyfriend down gently? I'm not into him as much as I used to be and we're just not working out. He never calls me and he never really talks to me. We've been one of those couples that looks so cute from the outside but there's nothing on the inside. I just need a way to break up with him without the old "we're better off as friends" excuse or something cheesy like that. He's a nice guy and he's really cool but he's not the dude for me. Just tell him how you really feel if you don't feel the same way tell him that and also have a good explaination. If he's a nice guy as you say then he'll want the truth about the whole situation.
