Q: i have the ipod mini and the regular one

my dad said he'd get me the nano for my bday on dec 22

and the video

for my mini

and hes get me a tiffany bracelet with diamonds

and everyone in my school would think im spoiled rotten

yes, it does seem like too much for just a birthday. Getting more ipods after already having 2 is already over-doing it. The tiffany's bracelet is also expensive. Just the bracelt would be nice. (and just a question, why is more than one i pod needed). So the answer to your question would be yes, it is too much. Maybe your parents could buy them all, but give them to you on different occasions throughout the year.
