okay, well i think i kinda like this guy. i mean sometimes he can be really mean and everything.. but i just feel like hes the kind of guy that when your alone with him he would be so sweet and kind.. i want to be with him so bad! i dont know what to do or say when im around him, i mean how should i flirt with him what should i do?

you can ignore me, but i wouldn't personally get involved with this guy.
the ones that are mean in public tend to be worse in private.
also, you didn't give ages, so it may be a phase, but still... it sounds like the intro to a bad relationship, and possibly abuse or something.
