I want to cut my hair but my dad won't let me. It's all the way down to my elbows and I really want it down to 2 inches below my shoulders but my dad won't let me. My mom says it's ok. Is there any way I can reason with him? _(link)

tell him how would you feel if you wanted to change something in your appearance and your parent said no. tell him that your hair wont stay short forever when you cutt it and its just a change
