HOW DO I GET RID OF DEPRESSION? I ve tried but I cant. Please give me some suggestions. Thankz bye.

Well what I do is I buy myself like some icecream lol, or listening to music helps me... but sometimes you need your friends too.. like you need to talk to them to get youself out of the depressing mood.. I probably didn't help at all but I tried..
