Hi
I'm 15 years old and i've had my period for a little bit over a year now. I have always used pads, but i'd really like to start using tampons. But there's only one problem, im so scared of them. I've tried using the before, but im just scared to leave something up there...please help me. Are there small tiny tampons for teens to use? im sooo freaked out.

yes there are smaller tampons for teens who are just starting using tampons. i PROMISE their not as bad as you think, you cant feel them, you dont even know they are there! you just have to keep trying and trying! good luck with that!!!
