I am a Christian, and I love giving advice, so you can be anonymous or not, I would just love to hear from you! My friends tell me that I am a great person to come to for advice. I seem to know just what to say. I don't know. =) I love listening to people and problems. I just don't like being in the middle of them; I do choose sides if I absolutely have to. I want to be a Social worker or a counseling Psychologist someday. I am a senior in high school, and I start college in August of '06. I'm in band, and choir. I play French horn and sing alto. I have been through a lot with friends/family and even though I haven't, I feel like I've seen it all, so I hope I can help!

I think that it is awesome that you see your friend smoking and that you are concerned for him b/c a: he's underage and it's illegal and b: smoking is really bad for you...It would be great of you to say something to him about it...say something like "I don't like you smoking because smoking is bad for your health, it causes cancer, it's bad for the people around you, and you can get into a lot of trouble. You're my best friend and I don't want you to get sick or in trouble with the law (or who ever he lives with.)" I commend you for noticing this, and I wish you the best of luck. I will warn you that your friend may not take your advice well, but you don't want to feel guilty for NOT saying anything to him about it. I hope he does listen to you though. Good luck and I hope I helped.
