Occasionally I'll just catch a 'glimpse' of a girls chest when I'm talking to her, sometimes they notice, sometimes they don't. Do you think its rude or offensive? I don't do it on purpose, but I do realize when I do it. If most would rather that not happen then I'd try to stop. So what do you think? (link)

Depends on whos chest your staring at. Some girls take it as a compliment. Girls who have any dignity find it offensive. I don't advise you to look to be completely honest, it's sketchy. If your looking for a FRIEND or a GIRLFRIEND, or simply somebody that you plan on having an actual relationship with, it's not a good idea. I do think it's great that you asked! That means you actaully have feelings and care! Good Job!
