Hi,
I'm 14 and I'm a goalie and I was wonder what are some thing I can do to become better? Also, how can I have a stronger kick and punt. Also, i'll be going out for High School next year and i was wonder what are some things i should do and "train" for? Thanks any tip on soccer will help! (link)
Ok, start by kicking a a little heaier ball when you get used to that used heavier, then you will be able to kick a soccer ball way harder. To train, run at least 5 miles a week. It will be tiring at first, but you'll get used to it just like the kicking.Try to develop your hand-eye coordination as best you can. You can do this just by having someone throw or kick a ball at you and you have to stop it.Hope I helped, I'm trying out for High School soccer next year too.
