hey ok so i like to run a lot but since its getting colder, i can't run everyday like i like to do. i also do crunches everynight. but i'm getting this belly and i really wanna be able to get rid of it...how can i do that since i can't run??? **i do have a tredmill if running is the ONLY option...i'd really like some others to tho

Also, you said you like to run. Why not use the treadmill then if you like it? I think you should. Running is really good, and it's great that you like to do it. Most people don't.
