Okay, well... If you instantly tell him "I LIKE YOU". that's not really a good thing to do from the get-go. You should talk to him first. See if you do in fact like who he is. You should try to get to know him, and then, if you still like him, ask him if he wants to hang out. If you do indeed find that you enjoy his company, be flirtatious, and he will get the signal. Don't start off telling him that you like him, because he might think he's got you. Make him work for you babe, because you're so worth it! ;P
