im 13 female. i weigh aout 130 and im about 5'1'. i want to lose like 15-20 pounds. does anyone have any ideas on how to loose weight. i cant spend hours on it everyday because i am very dedicated to school. do you have any ideas?

well the first thing you can do is concentrate on eating and drinking better. If you like fast food, go for a salad and water or milk. Second, every night before you go to bed, do at least 20 crunches. It only takes about a minute, and if you're consistent, soon you'll see results. also, (im guilty of this as well.) Dont eat if youre bored, just if youre hungry. Well good luck!! hope i helped!
