I'm Karlie, and im 13 in 7th grade. I liked this guy since umm what 4th yes 4th grade. He knows i like him but he says he likes me as a friend. It's weird cuz he shows signs that he likes me (stares and acts hopeless and shy). Like he slow danced with me at the dance and he gave me a hug and he asks for a high five like everyday like thats all he can think of doing cuz he's stuck. Do you think he likes me? Or better yet how do i work on getting him to hang out with me more.

Since he knows you like him, you should just tell him that you think the two of you should just get to be better friends - and the way to do this is to hang out and get to know each other more in different settings (example: the mall, movies, theme parks). hope i helped =)
